What types of organisations is our programme aimed at?
There is no professional sector that escapes the complexity of the modern world and the need for co-workers who are able to deal positively and effectively with the difficulties of daily life. Furthermore, a fulfilling culture, shared values and constructive and respectful human relationships are essential in all workplaces.
This is why our programme is aimed at all types of private and public organisations, whatever their activities and size.
What about international organisations and groups?
For international organisations and groups with more than 500 people to be trained per year, we offer specific training implementation strategies.

Where does our face-to-face training take place?
Our face-to-face training courses are intra-company, delivered in groups of a maximum of 25 participants at the organisation's premises or other locations chosen by the organisation.
In which languages is our programme offered?
All our training courses, teaching materials and services are offered in English, French, and Italian.
What quality standards do our training and services meet?
Our training courses and services are developed and managed to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 29993:2017 for training services provided outside formal education, including all types of life-long learning such as vocational training and in-company training.
We also take into account the 22 relevant indicators in the national Qualiopi standard, which is the French standard for quality certification of organisations working in the area of skills development.
