There is no professional sector that escapes the complexity of the modern world and the need for co-workers who are able to deal positively and effectively with the difficulties of daily life. Furthermore, a fulfilling culture, shared values and constructive and respectful human relationships are essential in all workplaces.

This is why our programme is aimed at all types of private and public organisations, whatever their activities and size.

For international organisations and groups with more than 500 people to be trained per year, we offer specific training implementation strategies.

Our face-to-face training courses are intra-company, delivered in groups of a maximum of 25 participants at the organisation's premises or other locations chosen by the organisation.

Following the health crisis and the difficulties in travelling and gathering, we can adapt our training and services to the constraints of organisations. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

All our training courses, teaching materials and services are offered in English, French, and Italian.

For other languages, we can integrate a simultaneous translation service into our training courses. For more details, please contact us.

Our training and services are developed and managed to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 29993:2017 for training services provided outside formal education, including all types of life-long learning such as vocational training and in-company training.

We also take into account the 22 relevant indicators in the national Qualiopi standard, which is the French standard for quality certification of organisations working in the area of skills development.
