Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) is a training course on emotions and mindfulness. It is designed to help participants cultivate constructive emotional experiences, reduce destructive emotional responses and improve mental balance. The training integrates psychological aspects drawn from scientific research on emotions with meditative practices of concentration and mindfulness.

Transformative Mindfulness Methods (TMM) use exercises and meditations with visualisations to change the way we respond to difficulties and strengthen positive qualities by deepening self-acceptance and compassion for others. The training is particularly suited to professionals in the health, social care, education and corporate wellness sectors who work with people who are experiencing physical or mental pain or who are in transition.

CEO & Executive Seminar

Depending on the needs of the organisation, particularly in the context of Change Management or Organisational Culture Transformation, we start our programme with a preparatory seminar for the organisation’s senior executives.

The success of the behavioural and cultural evolution of an organisation requires, as role models, the genuine commitment of senior executives.
