3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

While using our Website, or requesting information on our training courses or services, or participating in our training courses and services, we may ask you to provide us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Personal and professional information including your gender, name and surname, date of birth, job title, organisation name, demographic information, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected via our Website contact form, our newsletter subscription form, business information meetings form or during our training courses and supply of services.
  • Device information such as operating system version, device type, and system performance information, IP address, URLs, and Website usages collected by tracking and analytics technologies (see Section 10).
  • Personal and professional information related to our training courses and services topics like levels of mental focus, awareness, emotional competences, subjective well-being, prosocial skills, resilience, purpose and engagement collected using online surveys.

  • To provide and maintain our services, including information and schedule of our training courses and services, the training materials, the surveys, statistics, etc.
  • To provide you with news and general information about our services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information (see Section 9).
  • To contact you by email or phone call for legal obligations (e.g. prevention of fraud), internal audit requirements or internal research or development purposes.
  • To inform you by email regarding the functionalities, security or legal updates on our Website, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

5. How long do we keep personal data?

We will retain your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Accordingly, concerning the information collected via surveys in the context of a service contract, we provide the organisation with statistics that are absolutely anonymized and we never share any personal data with anyone in the organisation.

7. Where do we store and process personal data?

As a rule of thumb, we wish to collaborate primarily with service providers located in the European Economic Area. If, for a specific service, we are unable to find a service provider that meets our requirements, we will choose a service provider outside the European Economic Area. In both cases, we will always ensure that the service provider meets our Privacy Policy requirements in terms of security and confidentiality and that data are processed and stored according to the applicable rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the law of the country where data are located.

In the case of service providers located outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that we delete the collected data as soon as processing is complete. If we need to further store the data for the performance of contractual services, we copy the data onto our own storage media.
